How I use your information
The short version: I only collect what I need to reply to you and to do the work you hire me for. I don’t sell it, I don’t use it for advertising, and this website doesn’t track you.

Who I am
Parker-Cole Consulting Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described here. That means the company decides how and why it is used, and is responsible for looking after it.
- Registered in England and Wales, company number 17460336
- Registered office: Birling House, 15 Ryarsh Road, Birling, Kent, ME19 5JW
- Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZC260364

Parker-Cole is run by me, Rob Parker-Cole, so any question about your information comes straight to me.
What I collect
- When you send the enquiry form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give me: your role, phone number, and what you’d like to do faster.
- When you email or call me: your contact details and what you tell me.
- When you become a client: the contact details of the people I work with, and the information needed to agree the work, invoice for it and keep proper records.
- When you use the AI starting point assessment: your answers about your business (industry, type of business, size and turnover bands if you give them, AI experience, priorities, readiness) and anything you type in the optional “job you’d like to fix” box, plus the ideas it suggested and when you took it. It doesn’t ask for your name or contact details, so please leave names and confidential details out of the free-text box.
- When you ask for the starter pack: your email address, so I can send it, together with the pack itself.
- When you visit the website: the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Please don’t send sensitive personal information (such as health details) through the form. I don’t need it.
Why I use it, and the legal basis
| What for | Legal basis under UK GDPR |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and arranging a call | Legitimate interests: you’ve asked me to get in touch, and I need your details to do it |
| Agreeing, delivering and invoicing work | Contract, or the steps before one at your request |
| Keeping business and tax records | Legal obligation |
| Saving your assessment answers to understand what businesses like yours need, and to improve the assessment | Legitimate interests: the answers aren’t linked to your name or contact details |
| Sending the starter pack you asked for | Legitimate interests: you’ve asked me to send it |
| Keeping the website secure and working | Legitimate interests |
I won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you’ve asked for it, and you can stop it at any time.
Who sees it
I don’t sell or rent personal information. I use a few trusted suppliers to run the business, and they handle data only on my instructions:
- Web3Forms, which delivers the enquiry form to my inbox
- Google Workspace, for email, documents and files, including the spreadsheet I use to analyse assessment answers
- Render, which hosts this website and the AI starting point assessment, including the database where answers are saved
- Resend, which sends the starter-pack email
- My accountant, and HMRC or other authorities where the law requires it
Some of these suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, I rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations or the ICO’s approved data transfer agreements.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that don’t lead to work: deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Client records: kept for six years after the end of the financial year the work finished in, because company and tax law require it.
- Assessment answers: kept without contact details for as long as they help me understand what businesses need, and reviewed every year.
- Starter-pack requests: your email address and the pack sent to it are deleted within 12 months.
- Server logs: kept by the hosting provider for its standard period, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- tell you what information I hold about you and send you a copy
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete it, where I don’t need to keep it by law
- stop or limit how I use it, or object to it
- send it to you or someone else in a usable format
Email info@parkercole.ai. I’ll reply within one month, and there’s no charge.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
